Tender and delicious. I followed one of the recipes on the Bob's Red Mill website (also printed on the package) and got perfect results. We'll be eating a lot more quinoa from now on!

Love this especially the way I prepare it. I cook as directed. Then I saute garlic with some herbs like oregano and basil. I add some pepper and salt to taste. It makes a delicious side dish. If it is left over, I add it to veggies.
