Contains a very low amount of caffeine but, does help with hunger. Nice taste without sugar and good with a touch of lemon or lime juice, hot or cold!

I love this tea. I've re-ordered it several times and it's so convenient to have a 4-pack on hand. It's my choice for an afternoon pickup; though it has a bit of caffeine, it's not as much as coffee.
