wonderful for homemade egg rolls. very easy to work with, not sticking together in the package (because of the corn starch), yet easy to seal with a little water. i was going to make homemade egg roll wrappers, but to make this many, it would have taken me at keast 1-2 hours just to make the wrap...

absolutely love this wrappers. i make a egg roll or 2 everyday with all different types of food. they cook fast and are delicious. i like them better oil fried, but they're good air fryed as well.
