The potency of this dried garlic is very high, just like from a raw clove. No weird chemical taste. I like that the item is sliced rather than ground into mince or powder. Ive been recommending this to friends.

this is an excellent product i like to throw a small handful into soups, or into roasts it's so healthy and a sort of natural penicillin! i always make sure i have it in the house!
