I grew up with a babysitter who would always make menudo, but now that I'm older I can't find it at any restaurants I live by. Having this at Walmart is so convenient and the flavor is great too! I like to serve it with lemon and cilantro, it really brings out the flavor :D

Not bad for being out a can...but make it tasty by adding fresh chopped onion, cilentro, add red pepper flakes and a lil Mexican oregano as the menudo comes to a boil while heating... after you played it up add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime... that's the closest to homemade you're going to get!

This is as close as you can get to authentic, in fact I've had "authentic" that wasn't even as good as this can. I always keep some on hand.
