This is my saving grace on a hot day. I get some ice and water, toss this in there, cut up a few lemon pieces and off I go. There are so many other brands to flavor your water that are full of sugar and I avoid them as much as I can. This is my substitute to pretty much any sugared drink.

Sometimes I just want a refreshing drink that isn't water. I am a repeat customer and always keep this made in my fridge. Even my husband who is not an iced tea fan drinks this. I would recommend this.

I have always been a,big tea drinker. I live in the south so,its a staple here. I had to give up sugar so I tried many different kinds,of,tea,,. I have to admit tjis is by far the best one ive tried. I love it. It has just the,right amount of lemon flavor. Its awesome.

Well I haven't had Crystal Light and quite some time it is one of my go-to is. If you have a hard time just drinking regular water is definitely adds a ticket to the water that you need to drink and it is an enjoyable beverage
