The machine took about an hour to unbox and assemble. Instructions were not great but all parts are labeled well. The controller is very user friendly. The machine is super quiet. I'm 6'1" and the stride is a bit short but very smooth. Highly recommended.

love it!! It did take me a few hours to put it together because I'm over 50 out of shape lady but it was worth it. So nice and easy to get a great workout without it hurting my back. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This elliptical went together like a giant size puzzle. super easy and did it by myself in an hour. The machine is super quiet and sooooo nice on the bones! Very low impact and easy to use daily! If you needed just one review to sway your decision, well... here it is! GET IT. YOU WILL LOVE IT!
