If you are outdoors dusk to dawn I highly recommend this vest. I purchased this for my husband as he enjoys taking our Jack Russell out at 430 AM. Drivers appreciate being able to see him I am sure. Our Jack has a white bright shiny coat and he stays close to my husband when they walk.

Material is thick, and the vest is very stretchy on the sides. Fits well. I will be using vest for a Glow Party and they reflect very well under Black Light.

Size wise this vest is far from being a men's vest. It was nearly up to my chest on me!!! It's more like a boys vest. Also, don't like the open sides but that is just my preference. Must say as far as quality it seem like a strong well made vest!!! If it weren't so darn small it would of gotten a...
