We are so happy to have discovered this air conditioner. After struggling last summer with a portable air conditioner that we would have to take from living room to bedroom (and back) daily it was nice to find something that would work in our windows. It is so quiet yet so powerful.

Quite good looking and easy to install. However i suggest another pair of hands to place in window the unit is heavy

Funny - the compressor is very quiet, but the fan has a "booming" sound, which is opposite of the similar model it replaced. So far it has otherwise performed very well.
