When we got our box, the person who packed it, had put the 2 bottles of apple cider vinegar on top of the envelopes! The box was mangled but the envelopes were ok to use.

The envelopes are great! The packing method was inadequate. The box of envelopes was packed in a padded envelope and the box arrived smashed to bits. I had to tape it together to keep the envelopes from falling out.
