this is the 2nd one of these I've bought. I bought one for my eldest daughter a couple of years ago. Her little sister liked it so much, I had to buy her one this year.

This is a really nice quality dress, I was surprised to see that the skirt has a hoop ring at the bottom (as seen in second photo) which makes the dress sit very nicely and there is a cute headband attached also. I think this it such a cute dress up outfit for a little girl.
