Need to be well-prepared for the soil, fertilize, peat moss on top, watering at least once per day to keep the soil always moisture (not too much, not too less water). Seeded on Apr 16, 2023 at Dallas TX.

We planted between our properties. The area receives sun only three hours per day. The seeds sprouted on the eighth day, and was ready for mowing after the third week.

This product has worked far better than I anticipated. The bare spots in my lawn have filled in completely in less than 4 weeks. I watered twice daily for 5-10 minutes and waited to spread the seed until temperatures dropped to the 70-85 range in the fall.

Took out the Bermuda grass and planted Tall Fescue. The lawn looks excellent; the pic is my first cut! Live in Texas, and we will see how well it stands up to the heat.
