I plan to return this item tomorrow. I've only had it a week and it only powered on once. I've charged it and still get nothing. I did purchase the extended warranty, but I'm not looking for a repair.......I want a full refund.

This tablet worked for three days and then died. Wouldn't turn on, charge, or reset. This is the second tablet of this model that has failed. The first one lasted about six months. Time to try something different...

Iv had this tablet only 3 weeks. The charging port became wiggly like the charger wouldnt stay in. The the prongs completely bend down. Didnt buy warrany cause it was about half the price of the tablet. Other than that i enjoyed the couple weeks i had with it.

My sister bought 3 of these tablets for the kids for Christmas. 1 seems to be working good so far. 1 has a flickering screen and other 1 kept losing WiFi connection where it was needing rebooted all the time and then it got knocked from a chair to the carpet and the face shattered on it. Sooo not...
