Very comfortable and easy to use. Arrived in a box rolled up and once it was open up, took a matter of minutes to adjust. Very happy that I was able to use right out of the box. There was a slight factory smell that disappeared within hours of opening. Very happy with this product!!!

I had bought the same one for a full size bed and loved it and when I purchased my king size bed I bought it because it's so comfortable! Definitely recommend!!! Does need to be aired out before you put it on your bed, which is the only downside, but it's worth it!!!
