l have to say that refurbished Goods are usually better then new. Due to the fact that they are sent back to the manufacturer and all the parts and components are gone through again including firmware updates Etc. This TV is an excellent value and under $250!

Was not sure about buying a refurbished tv, but the price was good and I bought the 3 year warranty to ease my mind, So far very satisfied with the purchase. Great picture and enjoying the smart tv feature my first time owning one.

The TV was shipped in a plain cardboard box, but, inside, was all wrapped in plastic wrap and bubble wrap - perfect condition. TV works and looks great. You can't touch this TV for this price. I would definitely recommend this product.

While it arrived damaged the store stepped up and handled it professionally, that's twice in a week the store has gone above and beyond. If it were not for there attitude I would not continue to shop there. They have shown that there is still some customer service left.
