Some trepidation about buying a refurb TV based on reviews stating units arrived with damage. Our purchase was well packaged and flawless. Worked perfectly right out of the boxes. Only difficulty was loading/unloading due to the size of the extra box retaining the product package.

I was very leary about purchasing a refurbished tv. Since the price was so great, I went for it. We've had the TV for a few weeks and so far it's working great with no issues. The picture is crisp and clear. Sound is good. I've not checked out the smart features on it, yet. Will update when I do.
