I had suspicions, but this was fantastic! A few calories, but a lovely addition to my formerly bland and basic dishes. I've been putting this on everything - oats, cheese, mac n cheese, etc. It's that 'just enough' change, zip, pow to make a dish have a makeover.

I make two ingredient Bagels and I use this on top and bottom after brushing with egg wash. Yes the seasoning can be salty but first I sift the seasoning. Yes you will lose some poppy seeds along with the salt but boy does it get rid of the excess salt.

This is my favorite new seasoning. There is no salt or sugar in the mix. Lots of seeds and other healthy stuff. Trying on scrambled eggs or green beans – Yum!
