when they say soft baked they really mean soft baked. it was soft and chewy. as soon as I open the package I could smell Apple and cinnamon. it had a good ratio of cookie outside to filling. everyone in my family loved them. It is a perfect lunch snacks. or even a breakfast on the go.

I am a diabetic with Crohn's disease. I have to watch fiber. I eat these apple cinnamon bars whenever I want a snack or for dessert. I would love to try the other fruit ones but can't have anything with seeds. I find them tasty, easy to open and filling.
