Instead of soda, I choose this to drink for leisure time. It tastes good without added sugar. It only has 3 g of carbohydrate which includes 1g of sugar. I would recommend this over other drinks if craving for something sweet and healthy

This Gatorade Fit Watermelon Strawberry is so good! I love that it's only 15 calories for a bottle this size. It tastes amazing, and it has lots of nutrients! Great hydration, especially on a hot day out in the sun! Or it's perfect for during and after a workout!
