This flavor incredients does not show maltodextrine so shouldn't raise blood sugar levels. Check all flavors because the 'unsweetened' meets FDA, but doesn't necessarily mean it is not filled with something not good for diabetics

I choose to make flavored drinks with less sugar instead pop all the time! I just like this flavor plus can make some fun popsicles in summer with Kool-aid and again. You can control both amount and kind of sweetner in there!!

I wish they still made the lime Kool-aid but I get the tropical punch and it is pretty good. I only add half the sugar and it is still plenty sweet enough.
