This HP laptop failed an initial inspection of serviceability. From boot up time to operating system failure, the blue screen of death, and so forth. To solve this problem I return the laptop to the nearest Walmart ASAP.

Worked fine for about 2 1/2 weeks. Then quit opening at all. The machine said hard disk not available. I surely did not remove the hard disk. Returning it this morning to the store for a refund could not have went any better.

I have purchased 2 of these and they are great with windows 7. I wasted 500 on a new HP with 10 and now I have 2 good notebooks with windows 7 all loaded with my work items. Great. Thank You. I should be good until windows 10 goes by the wayside like 8 and then I can maybe go with the new sys...

Great keyboard and screen. Heavy, limited battery life, unconventional charger. Did not come with Office.
