The cheese is bland. No flavor. Stick with the name brand cheese platters. This one isn't worth it.

The cheese was missing from my delivery. I had this and Cracker Barrel in my cart, Cracker Barrel was out and I didn't want it substituted with another GV cheese, so she also put back my original GV cheese that I ordered too.
