Love these loungers. They do go all the way down and come all the way up. I saw a review that said they don't raise up to sitting level. You raise the arms up when sitting and push back down when you are at the position you want.

These chairs were easy to set up, affordable and just what I needed. Would recommend! If you don’t think the fabric is comfortable (I like the fabric) just get cushions to go over it or put a towel down for a more affordable option.
