A little tiny bit disappointed it came with a missing remote. But overall satisfied with the laptop. It's super heavy but it's fast. Very easy to set up. HP never disappoints. I would recommended.

Back was completely off. Wires exposed, bios 501 error message on screen. Battery dead and would not charge. Do not waste your money!!!
