Hard to keep from sticking at first. Using Spray Pam helps. It's pretty, a good weight and size and not too heavy.

I purchased a induction cooker and wanted a quality pan to fry eggs worked ok. I used butter at 1st started to stick, but added little oil and got better results. Did not have any issues with fumes using this skillet. Very nice looking product and eggs came out good.

I only use stainless steel cookware. This one is a good size and well made.

I am quite pleased with my 9" skillet. It is easier to clean than expected. I thought that with it not being non-stick I might have trouble getting it clean... I highly recommend Stainless steel after having tried it. NO Toxic chemicals to worry about...

Cuisinart has good kitchen equipment. Have been using some of their pans for years and very good service. Just replacing a pan my wife destroyed (Not Cuisinart)
