I put these in a waffle iron because it seemed like it would work- it did and it was AMAZING! Sweet chewy goodness that was light and flaky. These little babies were the hit of the party (adults).

What I really like about this product is that 1) it has NO SUGAR in it and 2) it has NO GLUTEN. That makes it superior to almost all its competitors. The only change that would catapult it into the top-of-the-mountain spot would be if it was also organic. Which it isn't. But the lack of sugar...
