Great product at a great price. We ordered online and had it shipped for free. Shipping was quick and convenient. The only thing that we would improve is the access to the media plugs...they're on the back and we'd prefer them to be on the side since we wall mount our TV.

I've had the television up for a couple weeks and we are happy with the purchase. The sound is far superior from our last TV (Westinghouse) and the picture quality is decent, especially given the price of purchase.

I hooked up the TV wrong. The picture had no color, just black & white. I called Sharp's customer service center. I could not understand Sharp's agent because he spoke English with a heavy Chinese accent. He hung up the phone on me. I had to figure out the cause of the problem without Sharp'...
