Please get more. Very mild salt replacement, Had expected it to be sweet, but it was light and umammi. I have used it on rice, sushi, potatoes, to make dressings and just to lick it off my palm.

On AIP diet and using as a soy sauce substitute. Tastes good, not a "copy" of soy sauce (it's not salty), more on the sweet side, good flavor. Hard to find in my local stores, great deal here and having it delivered to my doorstep! Packaged securely and arrived quickly.

Tastes good, salty like soy sauce. Slightly different flavor, but is a good alternative for soy 1:1 in recipes if you have soy allergies.

Love this stuff. Excellent choice if you are doing the keto diet. Even if I wasn't- I think I would use this. My family loves it.
