Makes perfect cornbread. I live alone and this little box makes 8 servings. Corn bread goes with any meal. I use a damp paper towel and wrap cornbread ,microwave 30 seconds and it is like fresh baked.

Jiffy mix. Great product. Easy to use. Now add what they left out........ To your taste add vanilla ........ To your taste add sugar ..... Bake as per instructions ....... NOW THATS CORNBREAD.....

You can make it in a square pan or make in a muffin pan.....either way they turn out great. Easy and quick to make.
