Really like the size and the locking lid. Like the color selection, (I got the blue). Like the programmable feature but don't know why you need a 20 hour option, what do you cook for 20 hours? I thought you could set it to come on at a specific time and to go off at a specific time but you can't....

The only draw back of this item is the lid. To remove the pot you have to take the lid off. It's not a big deal as the lid does come off with a button in the back. It's just a minor inconvenience, i wish it would just lift out without taking the entire lid off. Don't get me wrong, i love this cro...
