This item is bpa free, with the grip and the cutting edge, I could not ask for a better turner for cooking. I use this item all the time making my favorite dishes. Ordering a second will be in my near future.

Its a good turner, sturdy too also has some good edges, one edge can be used to cut soft food which is really helpful to my style of cooking. I have another type that dosent cut as good so thats a plus. I think this would make a good gift or add-on for that special cook in your life.
