Use a Soy sauce as a binder. Then season with Rib ninja. Smoke as normal then Foil with brown sugar, butter, more rib ninja and some apple cider vinegar. You'll thank me

I don't know that it has an Asian flavor. I haven't used it on fish yet, but the citrus and soy and sesame seeds don't do a thing for ribs, so just just go straight to using it as a roast chicken seasoning and you'll be in beaven. Bought this for ribs but nah, don't waste your pork ribs. Salt ...
