I bought this product because one of my NAHL billet hockey players liked it. Now, the other two players are eating it, too, and loving it. It's easy to prepare and good for them. So, my review is based on what they have told me about the product, not my own experience.

I buy these all the time now, and have them for breakfast 3-4 times a week. I add a slice of butter after they are cooked and enjoy all the different flavors. They keep me feeling full for hours! The extra protein helps as well.
