I bought this to add to baked goods, soups, etc. Since I can't really taste it, I have no idea if one flax seed ground is better than the other. I hope that I have purchased a good product.

I bought this when i couldn't get Bob's red mill. The price was good, and i was delighted to find that it is milled for finely than Bob's. The taste is great! A nice, nutty taste. I keep it in the freezer after opening to prevent it from going rancid.
