I was excited to see the larger size of molasses available through Walmart. The flavor of blackstrap is more bitter than the traditional molasses since it's been cooked longer, but I personally prefer its flavor. It also has a higher content of iron and lower sugar.

I got this for my sister who had breast cancer. Read so much about how this helps. Create an environment in your body not conducive for cancer. Not only did it seem to work very well for that but also very nutritious and taste well.

Exactly as expected. Using this molasses in a dewormer for my pigs. Poured it into a smaller condiment squirt bottle to control the amount used. My pigs loved it.

Used this to make brown sugar. I prefur black strap molasses as it has more of whats good for you in it. the sugar came out perfect, i made it very dark and it tastes wonderful with oatmeal. Molasses cookies are next!
