I use this in my bread machine but you can bake it in your oven too. A cup of water, the mix and sprinkle the included yeast package on top....turn the machine on. Hours later, the house smells like a bakery and you have a wonderful fresh loaf of sourdough bread. I love all the Krusteaz bread...

I baked this in my oven in a loaf pan so slices would be toaster size and it is really good..........it raised very quickly to double size in about an hour ....lovely soft dough and easy to shape and then bake after a second raise of about 45 minutes. Next loaf I want to try it with sliced olive...
