It might be a good pie mix, but it didn't work for me. I could not get the mix to come together right. My left hand is useless since my stroke, and I don't think you can make a pie with one hand. I get the mix mixed but it is a mess that doesn't do what it supposed to do. That is make a pie crust.

I love this crust but it does not make 4 pie crusts if you make deep dish pie crusts for me it the whole box make a top and bottom for a deep dish pie I called them and they stated it did have the amount to do 4 but I only got enough for 1 pie not a thick crust either????????
