This is a southern classic. Smooth and tasty but never with an overpowering bite. I use it on pork, poultry, and beef. We bake bread (in a machine) even before the Covid pandemic. Our favorite loaf uses Durkee sauce.

At a recent dinner party three friends, all southern ladies were complaining about being unable to find Durkey's sauce at any of our markets. Walmart was able to make up for the shortage, and I will be very popular with them !!!

Durkee's is a blend of mustard and mayo, and has been a staple in our house since I was a child. It's great on hot dogs and brings back great memories.
