The blackened redfish magic from chef prudhommes is my go to spice for any fish . Not too salty and never burns with high heat . I use avocado oil and prudhommes and always hear WOW that was amazing fish. Wal-Mart had the best prices on line.

Great addition to fish and shrimp! We use this when we sauté seafood on the stovetop. The mix has the right amount of heat to add just a little kick. The flavor wows your tastebuds with paprika, oregano, etc.
