As soon as I saw these espresso morsels in the grocery store, I knew they would make great fudge. I'm not wrong! This fudge tastes just like chocolate coated coffee beans, but smooth and creamy. Delicious!

These came out great. However I tweaked it a bit. I omitted the regular chocolate chips that were to be melted. Only used the express chips. Baked at 375 10 minutes(my oven time) followed rest of recipe.. these were perfect. I am a coffee lover so it was just the right amount of coffee/chocolate ...
