I am very proud of my cornbread. I use a combination of coarse, medium, fine ground corn and corn flour = gluten free and very flavorful. I only use Bob's Red Mill stone ground product. I am very grateful for this product - thank you, Bob's Red Mill, for providing quality product.

Very good flavor, we make corn flour chappati (fresh Bread) every day with lunch meal. One our Punjabi dish (saag and makki do roti) is very favorite. Bob's Red Mill's Organic Corn Flour is so easy to make Chappati, either you can mix in hot or cold water. It is delicious .

Love this great product....Not sweet like other brands.....I mix whole corn kernels, cheddar cheese, sliced fresh jalapeno peppers into the batter and cook it in my cast iron pan like a pancake.....This flour makes it taste so delicious.....
