If you're a serious chocoholic, try this and also the grain-free brownies too. We loved each of them a lot. So glad they're grain-free so we can enjoy them more often.

My husband is diabetic & just loves this cake. Best of all, it doesn't seem to raise his blood sugar much. I'm afraid I'm not much for chocolate cake by itself but it is great with vanilla ice cream. It's a win, win.

I have used Bob's Red Mill Chocolate Cake Mix just to make single serve microwave mug cakes, and it worked perfectly with a regular egg per 36-40g (flax eggs don't work as well). Very good! The first thing I made from my order. Was craving chocolate cake not overly sweet. I made cupcakes - 12 standard size. Sprayed paper liners. Bake 15-17 minutes. Made homemade chocolate frosting with enough left over for the brownies several days later. Would buy again! Delicious! ...
