We purchased this tape due to plantar fasciitis problems. It works well and the tape is soft and fabric-like, but stretches good. We're going to buy some more! Love the instructions that are enclosed in each package!

I prefer the Pro tape over the regular cotton. The colors are vivid which is awesome. The colors also help for people learning to use KT tape because each piece can be done in a different color. This is high quality tape and lasts a very long time despite showers and activity. Will purchase again...
