Awful. Had to return because the handle pulled right off after installation. Tried another and it would not lock. Plastic pieces inside. You get what you pay for.

Worst ever. bought 9 thinking we found a good deal. fell apart days after install. We thought maybe we did something wrong. nope. just crappy product. avoid at all cost.

The system looks nice and feels solid but the mechanisms inside are clunky/noisy and the levers keep falling off in our hands when we use them (yes, we installed them correctly). The pins that hold the levers on are too small to keep the levers in place. I thought I'd found a great deal. Guess...

They look great and were at a decent price-point. The handles are reversible for proper orientation, and everything went in without problems. I would definitely use these again.
