These are adjustable, they slide up and down about an inch on the thin metal forks that hold the muffs (see pics). Even at max extension they just barely fit me if I'm not wearing a hat, and I'm bald. For me they are sufficient for indoor / range use or short sessions outdoors. For extended use I...
