I love the set, it arrived quickly , and in good shape , BUT............ya all need to read the instructions. I didn't want it sent until Dec 2nd and that was IGNORED. You shouldn't even put that on your orders if you're not even going to read it or follow the request

So far, it does what I need it to do. I do like that the handle itself doesn't get too warm so I can work longer with my heat protecting gloves. Very simple to operate and I do like the heads.
