      wish I can find a good harness for a beagle/rat terrier. he slips out of everything

      Where you attached the leash moves around and is not user friendly. I'm constantly stopping our walk to adjust the leash. Absolutely hate this harness. I truly wish there was a zero stars because this is where this harness belongs in the ratings.

      As per others reviews, this item is a poor design. The back strap that holds the leash slides everywhere but mainly falls to the side. It should be anchored down in the center. My dog could easily get out of this "harness" due to this major flaw. Returning asap.
