This phone was said to be 100% refurbished and fully functional. The battery barely last half a day if I use it at all. If I put it on speaker phone during a call no one can understand what I am saying. This has been a horrible purchase. I pulled up the item details and it says one year warranty....

I'm very displeased because I wasn't aware I was buying a phone that don't have a speaker, unable make voice call and cannot play no form of video because there is no sound. In addition there is a black ink on the screen very disappointed. Speaker is grey out and unable to use.

I buy this phone months ago. Now it's saying the phone is locked it won't allow me to receive or make calls.
