I never got my 2gb of “preloaded” data and when i called straight talk they said it shows nothing like that with my hotspot but it was right on its box!

It workeed long enough to get it activated. Then it powered itself down and i havent been able to get it back online. Customer service is useless. I’m returning it today. Debating an exchange, but the frustration probably isnt worth it.
