We tried the Ring product but for us, the Nest is just so much easier to install on your own and virtually no set up. We were up and running in 20 minutes.

great picture and sound quality. I haven't mounted it yet. My SO stated that he would like to put this one at our lake house and get a doorbell camera for our house so I guess he doesn't like it. So either I mount it myself or buy a doorbell cam, I guess. I'd recommend it unless you haven't heard...

I installed this camera about 3 weeks ago and I love it. Very easy installation. Drilled a 1” to 1.5” hole in siding thru wall, mount magnet, attach camera, plug in and download the app and your all set!
